I am in the business of money, following it to be exact.

My name is Danni Hernandez and I am a forensic fraud specialist. My assignment, a case of missing church funds in the small picturesque town of Eden’s Gate. Sounds simple right? Not when I stumble into a world of shady dealings, eccentric residents and decades of buried secrets. Oh yeah and murder.

With my trusty sidekick Count Pugula, each case I investigate seems to flip my world inside out. From prodigal daughter to poison, I never know what I will encounter next.

What I do know is my brand of fast-paced dark humor seems to fit in well with the locals. Which is a good thing because I’m growing quite fond of the place. I never wanted to be a detective. It seems life has other plans.
