Shipping and Delivery Policy
Processing
In-stock orders normally require 2 business days for processing before shipment from Oviedo, Florida. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. Contact info@crissieacosta.com for order assistance.
U.S. shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $11.25 per order, including packaging. Applicable tax is added at checkout. Multiple available items may ship together when possible.
Preorders
Preorders ship separately from currently available merchandise. Mayhem’s anticipated release date is November 30, 2026. Preorders may be cancelled until release day. If shipment is delayed, affected customers will be notified and may agree to the revised estimate or cancel for a refund; a 10% discount coupon for a future purchase will also be provided.
International orders
International online shipping is not yet available while rates are being finalized. Please contact us with inquiries. When international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and related charges.
Delivery details and claims
Please check your shipping information before completing checkout. For damaged packages, send proof of damage. For lost packages, provide USPS confirmation of the loss. Once the claim is confirmed, a replacement will be sent with replacement shipping paid by Craved Arts Studio. Packages returned to us are refunded for the merchandise price, not shipping.
