Returns within 14 days
New, undamaged, non-personalized books may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact info@crissieacosta.com with your order details before sending a return. Customers pay return shipping.
Items not eligible for discretionary returns
Personalized books and stickers are non-refundable. Books used or damaged by the customer after receipt, including cracked spines, are not eligible for discretionary returns. This does not limit rights relating to goods that arrived damaged or other rights under applicable law.
Refunds and returned packages
After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds cover the merchandise price, not the original shipping charge. Packages returned to us are refunded for the merchandise price, excluding shipping. Contact customer service for return instructions.
Damaged or lost orders
Please send your order details and proof of damage, such as photographs, or USPS confirmation that a package is lost. Once the claim is confirmed, a replacement order will be shipped and Craved Arts Studio will pay the replacement shipping cost. These procedures do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
Preorders
Preorders may be cancelled until release day. If a release is delayed, affected customers will be notified and may agree to the revised shipping estimate or cancel for a refund. Affected customers will also receive a 10% discount coupon for a future purchase.
Amazon purchases
Amazon purchases, including ebooks linked from this site, are handled by Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s purchase and refund policies.
