Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars before applicable tax and shipping. The final total is shown at checkout. Website payments are processed securely through Square. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory and refund any payment collected for a cancelled order.
Shipping
In-stock orders normally require 2 business days for processing before shipment. U.S. standard shipping is charged at checkout. Items may ship together when possible. Preorders ship separately from currently available merchandise. International ordering will become available once international shipping rates are configured; customers receiving international shipments are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
Returns
New, undamaged, non-personalized books may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact customer service before sending a return. Customers pay return shipping. Personalized books, stickers, and books damaged or used by the customer, including cracked spines, are not eligible for discretionary returns. Approved returns are refunded for the merchandise price; original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged or lost shipments
Contact customer service with your order details. For damaged shipments, provide photos or other proof of the damage. For lost shipments, provide USPS confirmation that the package is lost. Once the claim is confirmed, we will send a replacement and cover its shipping cost. These claim procedures do not limit rights available under applicable law.
Preorders and delays
Preorders may be cancelled until release day. Mayhem is expected to release on November 30, 2026; this is an anticipated date. If shipment is delayed, we will notify affected customers with the revised shipping estimate and the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund. Customers affected by a release delay will also receive a 10% discount coupon for a future purchase.
eBooks and Amazon
During the current Amazon exclusivity period, ebooks are purchased directly from Amazon using the links on this website. Amazon handles those purchases and its purchase and refund terms apply. Website ebook delivery through BookFunnel is not available during this period.
Resolving concerns
Please contact customer service first so we can try to resolve concerns directly. Florida law applies, and any court proceedings are to be brought in Seminole County, Florida, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
